Mission Statement:
 
Hanna City Park District: Using our facilities to provide Recreational, Educational and Community-based opportunities for the Village of Hanna City.
 
Thank you for your interest in the Hanna City Park District.  The HCPD was established following a successful ballot referendum in November, 2008 for the creation of a Park District covering the Village of Hanna City.  The HCPD operations include the Hanna City Community Center and Fitness Center, both located in the former Hanna City Grade School. In our building we also have the Country Kids Preschool & School Age Center. The Board and volunteers are excited with the progress and the possibilities ahead for Hanna City and the surrounding area.  Take a look at our facilities and programs, or get involved as a volunteer today.

PILATES CLASS:  6 week class starting Feb. 25th

5:45pm Thursdays    Residents $24 (drop-in $4)   Non-residents $28 (Drop-In $5) 

Certified Pilates instructor.

 

 

MOM & TOT GROUP:  Tuesdays 9:00-10:00am

 in Community Center Gym – Free

Recreation & socialization for Moms & little ones.

Fitness Center
Interested in becoming a member of the Fitness Center? Check out information under the Fitness Center tab. New rates are available for residents and non-residents for 3 months, 6 month or one year.
 
Meeting, Gym and Activity Rooms
Openings are currently available on the schedule for each of our rooms. We have a meeting room, exercise/activity room and our gym available for your rental. Find more information under the Community Center tab, under Rates. Check us out for your next event, group meetings or if you are interested in teaching a class.
 
Country Kids Preschool & School Age Center
  • Providing Education and care for    Children 6 weeks to 12 years old.
  • Full-Day Program 6:30am - 5:30pm
  • All Staff are DCFS Teacher Qualified.
  • School Bus pick up and drop off for School agers at facility. Also provides programs for School Early Dismissal Days

HCPD Board
The Board of Commissioners meets on the third Monday of each month.  Meetings are held at 6:30 in the Meeting Room at the Community Center.  For agenda go to About Us tab under Board Meetings.
 
Teachers
We are currently looking for people interested in teaching a wide variety of class. If you have a talent or interest and think it would make an interesting class for adults or children please contact us.
